Privacy

The short version: Sovumi has no account, collects nothing that identifies you, and shows other people nothing you did individually.

No account, no name

Sovumi has no sign-up. On first launch the app generates a random identifier and stores it on your device. The server keeps only a one-way hash of it, so a copy of the database cannot be linked back to a phone or a person.

What is stored

Which questions you answered, what you predicted, whether you were right, how long you took, and — if you choose to answer the optional follow-up — what you would do yourself. That is the whole list. No contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics or ad SDKs.

What other people see

Nothing you did individually. Other players only ever see aggregate percentages built from thousands of answers. There are no profiles, no follower lists, no comments and no way to message anyone. If you send a friend challenge, the recipient sees only the display name you chose and your score on that round.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete my data erases your identity, your answers and your stats from the server immediately and permanently. The anonymous counts that make up crowd percentages remain, because at that point they are no longer connected to you and cannot be traced back.

Children

Sovumi is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information that would identify anyone. Content is reviewed before publication and kept within a Teen rating.

Changes

If this ever changes materially, the app will say so before the change takes effect rather than quietly updating a web page.
